LONGONI NEXT GEN Grand Prix 3-Cushion U21
DRESS CODE B: See art. 19 & 20 of the Basic Concepts of the Sporting Program
It's allowed to play only with dress code B, a short sleeves polo is allowed.
This competition is part of the Longoni NextGen circuit which includes 3 events: 2 Grand Prix 3C U21 and the European Championship 3C U21. Each event will assign points in a dedicated yearly ranking. The 3 best ranked athletes at the end of the 3 events will be awarded with a Wild Card (free of registrations fees) for the next European Championship 3C Individual 2025-2026.
By National Federations.
Order of acceptance of registrations:
1. One representative of the Organizer Federation to be registered as PLACED.
2. Athletes first registered by each federation, according to the nations ranking of last EC 3C U21, federations not represented in that ranking will be accepted as last. Then athletes registered as seconds, third and so on, according to the same order
Nations ranking of last EC 3C U21: TR - DE - NL - ES - FR - DK - CZ - PT - GR - BE - IT - not represented.
Qualification groups: 25 points - 50 innings
KO Rounds: 35 points - no equalization
One registration from Belgian federation, to be registered as PLACED.

CEB will take in charge the hotel cost exclusively for the athletes in double room in the "Hotel De Heidebloem" (Official Hotel). Double rooms with two athletes will have priority in case of shortage of rooms in the Official Hotel.
RESERVATIONS FOR ATHLETES: To book and confirm a double room only for athletes in the Hotel De Heidebloem kindly click here. Single player reservations will be matched with another player in a double room. Please complete and send the email with the requested information no later than December 6th, 2024.
RESERVATIONS FOR MIXED ROOMS: If an athlete wants to share a room with a companion who is not a registered player (coach, parents, officials, etc..) please send an email to bcploeg@telenet.be or book directly to the Domein Martinus; CEB will refund only the athlete share of the price.
RESERVATIONS FOR OFFICIALS, COACHES, PARENTS: please send an email to bcploeg@telenet.be (there are few rooms available at the Official Hotel) OR contact directly the second hotel.
The athletes are not obliged to stay in the mentioned hotels. If they choose a different accomodation CEB will refund only the cost per person according to prices of the Hotel De Heidebloem hotel. If they booked in the Hotel De Heidebloem and confirmed their reservation at the deadline, any different accomodation will not be refunded.
